  •  Advised Lebanese regulatory authority on the drafting of laws and regulations to regulate the telecommunications sector.
  • Advised a Qatari local major quasi-governmental end-to-end managed IT services & solutions provider in relation to its day-to-day activities, joint ventures with partners and suppliers, contracts with clients relating to managed IT services, data centre services, cloud services and IT security services, consultancy with advisors and IT specialists, tenders and auctions, transactions with its business partners and customers, institutional advisory, compliance, claims and general advice and support.
  • Advised a local IT solutions provider in Qatar on its day-to-day activities, contracts with suppliers and service providers, restructuring of the joint venture and company governance, and compliance.
  • Advised a Qatari contracting group of companies in connection with the day-to-day transactions and contracts.
  • Advised on the restructuring of a multinational company, corporate governance and compliance, in light of commercial, corporate and labor laws.
  • Handled and concluded an acquisition by a Qatari governmental entity in Oman’s hospitality sector, project value US Dollars 1,5 Billion.
  • Advised on an investment in the real estate development of a city in Oman, with an American investor and Saudi investor.
  • Advised on the financing and loan arrangement of US Dollars 11 million for a local developer, ensuring the financing of operations.
  • Led and successfully concluded negotiations for a landmark project in Oman, spanning on 3,417,545 square meters, with a project value exceeding US Dollars 900 million.
  • Conducted a comprehensive due diligence and handled the drafting, review, and negotiation of five international acquisitions by a Qatari group re. equities in Italy and Spain, valued at Euros 7.5 million.
  • Advised on a Joint Venture for the development of a Sustainable City in Oman, a tourism project ranked among the largest in the Middle East, covering 900,000 square meters with an investment of US Dollars 1 billion approx.
  • Advised on a joint venture and negotiations relating to designing, procuring, installing, testing and commissioning of Electrical Low Voltage systems and technical solutions.
  • Advised the Lebanese ministry of culture on the legal framework for the preservation of public monuments.
  • Pleaded and advised on publication law for major publishers before courts.
  • Drafted, reviewed and negotiated different types of contracts and documents:
  • shareholders agreement, joint venture agreement, IT services tender, IT teaming agreement,   contracting and construction agreement, consortium agreement, memorandum of understanding, letter of intent, consultancy agreement, loan agreement, call/put option agreement, adherence agreement, bills of lading,  build to suit lease, charterparties, carriage of goods by various modes of transport, general average, ship/aircraft sale/construction agreement, international sale of goods with carriage by sea, control of exports of dual-use items and technology, franchise agreement, exclusive distribution and sale agreement, discharge release, agency agreement, insurance policy, etc.
  • Advised and acted in disputes for high ranked insurance companies.
  • Advised and acted on behalf of a group of companies on collection claims and enforcement of rights.
  • Due diligence on behalf of a joint venture for the acquisition of assets.
  • Advised on the restructuring of a contracting company and its affiliates.
  • Successfully handled litigations before local courts on various high-profile cases.
